Meet our team

Bala Chitoor, Founder & CEO of Flamenco Tech, is an electronics engineer and IoT enthusiast who fosters innovation. He is a TiE Bangalore Charter Member and on the board of Vacus Tech and Jamocha Tech. Bala previously co-founded Network Solutions and Serviceberry Technologies, both of which were acquired by tech giants. He has also worked at Intel, Microland, and IBM and has a B.Tech degree from the University of Kerala.

Pruthvi has over 12 years of experience in product management, market development, business development, and client relationship management, with expertise in Connected Business & IoT domains. She excels in building a strong go-to-market strategy, developing service offerings, account farming, and business development for enterprises. Previously, she worked for ProHance and managed both enterprise and small & medium business clients, contributing to overall revenue through expansions.

Business Head

Ritesh is a business and tech specialist in Smart Workplaces with over 20 years of experience in IoT and UC space. He was instrumental in setting up Avaya R&D Center and served on the board of directors at Avaya India. As part of the Avaya Global Connect Executive Management team, he helped turn around the company’s performance. Ritesh is focused on creating impactful technology solutions for customers and has strong customer engagement experience in India, APAC and the U.S. markets.

Niraj is a marketing and brand communications professional with 10+ years of experience in translating global business initiatives and marketing strategies into bottom-line results in sales, revenue and growth.
